Release Ceremony
In Thai tradition, Khom Loi (sky lanterns) are released during the Yi Peng festival as an act of letting go. Each lantern carries prayers, wishes, and the intention to release what no longer serves us.
As the lantern rises into the night sky, it symbolizes the release of attachments, worries, and burdens. The act of watching it float away brings a sense of peace and renewal.
Experience this beautiful tradition digitally. Write what you wish to release, light your lantern, and watch it join the others rising into the starlit sky.

Your Guide
Master Rinda was born in Thailand and learned resilience early in life after losing her father at the age of five. Raised by her mother alongside three sisters, she grew up understanding perseverance, responsibility, and inner strength.
Her life journey has taken her across cultures, having lived in the United States and now residing in Singapore. She is a certified physical trainer and a cancer survivor, experiences that deepened her understanding of the connection between mind, body, and emotional balance.
Equanimity is not about escaping life. It is about learning how to meet life, steady, open, and whole.
Today, Rinda's work focuses on living and teaching equanimity: learning to stay steady through life's impermanence, imperfection, and uncertainty.
