It's okay to not be okay.
Heartbreak can feel like darkness. It can make you feel empty, confused, or disconnected from yourself. Sometimes it feels like the world keeps moving forward while you're stuck in one painful moment.
But heartbreak is not a failure. It's not weakness. It's a sign that you cared deeply.
This episode is about giving your heart permission to heal at its own pace. It's about learning that happiness doesn't disappear forever - it waits patiently for you to be ready again.
Heartbreak happens to almost everyone at some point in life. Feeling hurt means your heart was open. It means you allowed yourself to care.
You might feel sad, angry, tired, or numb. All of this is normal.
Even if it feels lonely, many people have stood exactly where you are now. And they made it through - one breath at a time.
You don't need to hide your tears. You don't need to pretend everything is fine. Feeling your emotions is part of releasing them.
Some days will feel lighter. Others may feel heavy again. This doesn't mean you're going backward. It means you're human.
Your heart needs rest, just like your body does.
Heartbreak can make the world feel smaller. It can dim your joy and quiet your confidence. But darkness is not permanent.
Even the strongest emotions change over time.
Your kindness, creativity, and dreams are still there - even if you can't feel them yet.
You don't need to know how or when healing will happen. Just trust that it is already happening beneath the surface.
Letting go doesn't happen all at once. It happens gently, in small moments.
Forgiving doesn't mean what happened was okay. It means you're choosing peace over pain.
You don't need to erase memories. You just need to stop living inside them. Over time, they lose their power.
When you let go of what hurts, you make room for new feelings - hope, calm, and joy.
Happiness is not disloyal to your pain. You are allowed to smile again.
Laughing doesn't mean you didn't care. It means you're healing.
You don't need to be fully healed to enjoy small moments. Healing and happiness can grow together.
Before loving someone else again, start by being kind to yourself. You deserve care, patience, and understanding.
If you're listening to this while feeling heartbroken, take a slow breath.
You don't need to rush. You don't need answers. And you don't need to be okay right now.
Just be willing. Willing to forgive. Willing to let go. Willing to believe that your heart knows how to heal. Because it does.
Thank you for spending this time with me.
